I’ve been in the fitness business and doing bodies in some way, shape or form for over 24 years! I started teaching aerobics and working in a small women’s fitness center at age 16. I kept teaching all throughout college…then I hurt my back…that changed everything! |

When working one-on-one with individuals, I start with a postural assessment, measurements and body fat testing to determine our starting point. I take that information and design a basic program to work toward our goals. |
